Does she get exp killing heros so far away? because in one scene she kills a hero and a nearby hunteress (don´t know the heros name) gets level up, so killing enemy heros gives exp also to all neaby allied heroes?

Those who are nearby get the XP for sure. Not 100% sure if Mirane gets the XP if she's far aways, but my guess would be no.
