Invoker Secret mastered with two people (No Cheats, v6.49)

My friend and I just mastered the new secret quest in version 6.49.
For those of you who dont know what it is about:
There are several invisible icefrogs on the map. You can kill them with abilities like Razors ulti. They drop recipes which always have one letter. At first there are 4 frogs to find and kill. The words of their recipes form the word "Quas". If you have all recipes in your inventory, you get an item without stats. Now you have to tango your way through the trees to the northwest corner of the map. Theres a teleportation orb which brings you to the island in the southeast. Lay the Recipe-item into the circle you will find there and an imba dragon (much stronger than Rosh) will appear. His death gives you nothing but experience. Now another pack of frogs is spawned on the map. Its 3 of them and their recipes form the word "Vex". Does it remind you of something? Kill them, get the item and port to the island again. This time a Whisp will appear, stronger than even the dragon. He also gives nothing but XP. The next pack of frogs appears. Its 6 that time and their recipes form the word.......Exort. The three spells of the former character Invoker. You get a last item to lay into the circle and a strong Phoenix appears. His death gives you XP again but there are no new frogs. You may think that is the end but suddenly a heavy rain of fire will go down on the island, dealing thousands of damage.
After that, Invoker will appear.

Buying a chicken on a crow, fly it there, drop the chicken and tp-there. Would make it quite easyer.

Wasn't the invoker a character in older versions? I remember playing with a hero that looked exactly the same (also with the flying orbs) which was removed in later versions.

Why did Icefrog put a boss in the game that can only be beaten by one (or at most a few) characters? :/

That only one character can actually kill him is one problem^^ But imagine you are Scourge and you have to get this frog behind the Sent taverns..
And yes, Invoker was introduced in 6.09 and removed due to imbaness in 6.16 or a version around .16. But i dont think he was imba. First off, he only could have one invoked spell at once, which means he couldnt actually spam spells. And you had to specialize on a certain group of spells till lategame, because their power is based on the abilitylevel of Invokers first three "spells". But it was certainly a big advantage to have over 30 spells in the own arsenal. Oh and furthermore, his hp growth sucked horribly.

Why did you destroy the towers? Is that neccessary to complete the quest?
I also wondered why you didn't use a chicken to tp to Kael.
Quite funny to see a 50k hp / 950 damage Kael with crappy stats like 45 strength, 40 agility or something.
Ursa might be the only hero that can take him alone, but if you are in a team of 5 heroes, maybe including Void and Troll with permabash and 3 sick damage dealers along with them, equipped with some rapiers, killing Kael could be possible.
And what about evil combos like Witch Doctor + Huskar + Necrolyte? Maledict, then life break, watch Kael's hp going down, finish him with Reaper's Scythe. Or Soul Keeper + Necrolyte, to finish Kael in like 5 seconds, even without items?! The problem is the fact that I am not sure to which degree Kael is immune to magic. He seemed to have something like a Linken's with zero cooldown...
Quite a sad thing that Kael was removed; yes, he did have a lot of skills, but the downsides that Angarok mentioned compensated for that. And besides that, at least, it took skill to master Kael and his variety of spells. In order to use him to his maximum potency, you had to memorize all combinations to be able to use them in the proper situation. Even if he was "imbalanced", it was NOT "imbalance" in the sense that every retard could play him and he needed just two clicks to own virtually everyone (hi Barathrum) - what, in my opinion, makes quite a difference.

Watched the replay just now...
That was freaking incredible.
Everything went just perfect: enemy team was noob (except Spectre, which owned quite hard and was really annoying), but they had only one leaver, and your allied Furion was excellent support to your quest.
